We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise, and that some appointments have to be re-scheduled. If you must re-schedule, please contact us as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Once your payment has been received, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We are however, more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply any payments previously received. If you are running late to your class by more than 5 minutes, please call us at (260) 557-6227.  In order to be respectful of everyone's time, you will need to be rescheduled into a different class if you are more than 10 minutes late. 

Our instructors cannot accept personal checks. We gladly accept  all major credit cards, and cash. Full payment or deposits for most classes will be requested at the time of registration, but can be paid at the time of the class if necessary. Certifications will be issued after course fees have been paid in full.
